Great buying experience with Dave C. I had a car totaled out from flood damage, and needed to get a purchase done in a day. Dave and the team made it happen after some short notice of when I'd be coming in for a test drive (from >150 miles away). Car was expertly cleaned, new tires and fresh oil change. Dave had everything ready when I got there. Needed about an hour for the paperwork and plates and I was on the road. Even gave me a full tank of gas.

I purchased a GV60 and was pressured into buying an ALLSTATE expended warranty from GENESIS of MERRILLVILLE. I was told this would cover any and all damage to my windshield. That it would cover a replacement "even if a squirrel fell on my car and broke the windshield". While driving, a rock hit my windshield and I had a small crack. I immediately drove to the dealership. Great experience from start to finish. Team was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain all the features and walk me through the set up of the vehicle. When I came to pick it up, it was fully detailed and gassed up and ready to go.
If Justin Lieberman hadn't been working on March 7th, I would have waited and come back to shop for car and talk deal. He takes the time to make sure you understand the paperwork, the process and goes over the features of the car to your satisfaction. Follows up with phone calls to make sure you are still satisfied with the vehicle and asks if there is anything else he can show about the vehicle. Very knowledgeable and friendly to work with.
I cant give enough praise to Justin and Adam. They went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful but they made it seamless. We were deciding between a gv70 and gv80 and Justin was so knowledgeable about both models that it helped us to make the best decision. Cant recommend them enough!
Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of amazing. Justin and Adam really took their time with us and was thorough , gracious and extremely understanding of our situation and made the deal work to our favor. This kind of customer service is unheard of in this industry. Last time, it took us almost 9 hours to lease a car. This experience was half that with assurances and honest time constraints for each step. I would cross state lines every time if I knew my experience could be this.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Our appointment was scheduled for 10AM, but the finance manager (Jordy) showed up several hours late, leaving us waiting with no communication. The car registration process has also been a nightmare — massive delays and zero proactive follow-up. My temporary tag is about to expire, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Dave was very helpful in navigating purchase of GV80 online and then in person for final details. My only suggestion is that the dealership hire more sales people to upgrade the sales / service experience as Dave had to manage three sales all at once, rotating between three parties / three desks to keep things moving. He did his best to expedite the delivery process. After one day driving the vehicle, we are enjoying it.
